New York DOC regulations for ordering products from Prime Products:

1. PRIME PRODUCTS WILL PROVIDE ORDER FORMS TO CHAPLAINS’ AREAS WHERE THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO INMATES.
2. INMATES WILL MAIL COMPLETED ORDER FORMS TO PRIME PRODUCTS, OR HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS CALL PRIME PRODUCTS WITH ORDERS.
3. FAMILY MEMBERS MAY CALL PRIME PRODUCTS AND PLACE ORDERS USING A CREDIT CARD, MAIL-ORDERS, OR CHECKS.
4. PRIME PRODUCTS WILL FILL ORDERS AND MAIL DIRECTLY TO THE CHAPLAIN AT FACILITY.
